Going Nuts!

Nuts are great snacks packed with good fats and protein. They can also be eaten as a nut butter with apple slices, sandwiches and in smoothies. My favorite? – Almond butter, which is a little healthier than peanut butter. And of course – organic is best whenever possible!

What peanut, almond or any other nut butter is truly natural? The ones that only have that nut in it. For example, peanut butter should only have peanuts in it, almond butter should only have almonds in it, etc.
