Someone asked me the other day “What yogurts are best for you?”
In my opinion, plain Greek yogurt is best for you. It has about 2x the amount of protein than regular yogurt and a lot less sugar! If you don’t like the plain flavor, you can sweeten it with stevia or organic fruit, such as berries. If you are buying non-organic, make sure you look for the “Not treated with *rBST” label that means no hormones or antibiotics used, such as Fage. Organic Greek yogurt brands include Stoneyridge and So Delicious.
